LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) president on Saturday denied allegations of aiding Reham Khan in writing her controversial book.
During an interview with a local news channel, Shehbaz stressed that he did not take part or spend a single penny for Reham’s book neither directly or indirectly.
Referring to Pakistan Tehreek Insaaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan’s allegations that he is behind the book, Shehbaz stated that he does not worry much about Khan’s claims.
PML-N president further stated, “I have met Reham Khan only once in my whole life and that was in a 2012 interview.” He added that the PTI chief has claimed a lot of things in the past too, but there is no truth in any of his accusations.
He briefed that he has sent legal notices to Imran for each allegation but neither he nor his counsel has ever responded.
